FAQ: Agentic Hosting
Here are the key answers about hosting with your own container, Docker, and AI agents in the control panel.

Getting started and your account
What do I get after buying hosting?
You get a separate Incus system container with Debian 13, Docker, and the ContextAdmin panel. The container comes with assigned CPU cores, a guaranteed RAM limit, and a hard disk limit.
How quickly will my account be set up?
Creating the environment itself takes about 2 minutes. We activate your account within 1 business day after payment, usually on the same day.
How will I receive my login details?
After your account is activated, we email you the panel URL and login details. The panel runs on an HTTPS address.
Do I need to administer a VPS?
No. You do not need to install the operating system, Docker, or the panel yourself. You get a ready-to-use environment with root access inside the container and a panel for working on projects.
Can I use the panel on my phone?
Yes. The panel works on mobile as a PWA. You can assign tasks to the agent from your phone and get a notification when it finishes or needs your decision.
AI agents and subscriptions
Is an AI subscription included in the hosting price?
No. The cost of the AI model is not included in hosting. You pay the AI provider directly, with no markup from us and no AI credit limits on our side.
Which AI agents can I use?
The panel supports Claude Code, Codex, and opencode. You can also use a regular shell in the browser-based terminal.
How do I connect my AI subscription?
After logging in to the panel, you connect Claude Pro/Max or an Anthropic API key, ChatGPT/Codex Plus/Pro or an OpenAI API key. With opencode, you can use any provider supported by that tool.
Does the agent keep working after I close the browser?
Yes. Terminal sessions continue after you close the browser. The agent can work 24/7, and you can come back later to review the result.
What can I ask the agent to do?
You can describe the task in plain language, for example creating a website, fixing a bug, or updating a project. The agent writes code, configures containers, and runs the project in Docker.
Websites, domains, and email
Which templates can I start a project from?
You can choose from WordPress, PrestaShop, WooCommerce, Magento, Shopware, Sylius, OpenCart, Drupal, Joomla, TYPO3, Moodle, Node.js, and PHP projects with a database, among others. You can also start from scratch.
How do I publish a project on my own domain?
You point the domain DNS, and the panel checks the records. It then issues a Let's Encrypt certificate, renews it automatically, and supports the www alias.
Can I run a preview before publishing?
Yes. The “Start” button runs the project with docker compose. The panel assigns a port and exposes a preview through nginx with HTTPS and an optional password.
Are email and DNS included?
Yes. The package includes email mailboxes for your domains and DNS zones. From the panel, you can open email and DNS with the same account, without a separate password.
Can you help move an existing website?
The agent can help migrate a website from your current hosting. On the PRO and BUSINESS plans, we help migrate one website at no extra cost.
Payments and contract
How do I pay for hosting?
Payment is made online through Stripe. You can use a payment card and other methods available in Stripe Checkout.
Will I receive a VAT invoice?
Yes. The invoice is issued automatically. You can enter your VAT ID during payment.
Can I pay monthly or yearly?
Yes. Monthly and yearly subscriptions are available. With annual payment, a year costs the same as 10 months.
Do I sign a fixed-term contract?
No. There is no fixed-term contract. You can cancel at any time from the Stripe portal.
Is there a money-back guarantee?
Yes. You have a 30-day money-back guarantee. It applies to the hosting; the cost of your AI subscription is billed directly by the AI provider.

Order hosting and give the agent its first task
Choose a plan, connect your AI subscription and describe what you want built. The agent will create the project, run it in Docker and publish it on your domain.
