Infrastructure
You get your own system container with Debian, Docker, and the ContextAdmin panel. CPU, RAM, and disk resources are stated clearly in each plan.
Dedicated servers
We use dedicated servers in Hetzner and OVHcloud data centers within the European Union.
Intel and NVMe RAID 1
Servers use Intel processors and NVMe SSDs in RAID 1, meaning data is mirrored across two drives.
Data in the European Union
We store data in the EU. We use, among others, Hetzner data centers certified to ISO/IEC 27001.
Network and DDoS protection
Servers have a 1 Gbit/s connection. DDoS protection is provided by the infrastructure provider.
Isolation with Incus
Each customer has a separate Incus container with pinned CPU, guaranteed RAM, and a hard disk limit.
One-click updates
You can update the ContextAdmin panel and AI tools with one click from the panel.
Your server inside a server
You get a separate Incus system container with Debian 13 and your own Docker. We assign CPU cores, a guaranteed RAM limit, and a hard disk limit on btrfs to the container. Customers do not share processes, files, or Docker with each other. The AI agent works in an isolated environment for your projects.

What we promise, and what we do not
We do not promise 99.9% SLA and we do not talk about unlimited resources. On the plan page, you see specific vCPU, RAM, disk space, user accounts, mail domains, and mailboxes. In the panel, you have uptime monitoring, project logs, and backups. Traffic is not billed per GB; fair use applies.
